Where to find us
Make your way to the site of the abandoned Thorne’s Bookshop, 261 Paradise Row. Look for the signage outside.
✅ Before You Arrive
- Log into your account at www.screamworks.london → My Account.
- Open your order and click Tickets on your latest booking.
- Share tickets with your group so each guest has their personal check-in link on their phone.
🚪 When You Arrive (Queue Check-In)
Scan the official venue QR code posted outside to begin check-in while waiting.
- Open your personal check-in link (shared in advance).
- Scan the official QR code outside to prove you are physically present at the venue.
- Enter your personal details so we can check you in and give you access to your post-show media.
- Accept our Terms & Waiver.
- Complete age verification if prompted.
🛂 Age Verification (if applicable)
Some tickets require verification via Veriff:
- Upload a valid photo ID (if requested).
- Upload a selfie to match the ID (if requested).

📌 Helpful Notes
- Entry: Enter strictly in pairs (or as posted on the sign outside the bookshop) when instructed.
- Devices: Bring a charged phone with mobile data and photo ID for check-in.
- Allergies & snacks: Only consume sealed treats; check labels for allergens.
- Accessibility: One level, no crawling or climbing; however, due to the building layout it is not wheelchair accessible. Expect uneven surfaces and dim/intermittent lighting (it’s a horror attraction).
- Respect the space: Follow staff and signage. Do not prop doors open.
🛑 Safety Action — Raises Hands (Ends Game)
If you need to stop the game for any reason, use the safe action:
- Raise and keep both hands in the air so staff can see you.
- Wait patiently for a host’s instructions.
This is a stop, not a pause. When anyone performs the safe action, we will turn on all lights, terminate the experience, and escort the entire group to safety. The game cannot resume after the safe action is used.
Do not prop open any doors—this can disrupt safety systems.
